The receiver was left to flop around in the box, which was punctured and bulging. The brackets got bent in, and I had to straighten them with a sledge hammer to get the bolt holes to line up.Second, the mounting bolts should have tapered thread-chasing tips to help clean out the weld nuts on the vehicle. How much more expensive would that be, really? The ones that it ships with are very blunt. I'm sorry, but the instructions to "spray with oil and use a small brush" are woefully insufficient to clean out the rust from the rear end of a seven-year old vehicle. I generally prefer to write positive reviews.
